Holiday Self-Care & Shop Sale :)

I've been noticing that as I've been inviting more rest into my days, and practicing trusting that it's ok to set boundaries and take gentle care of myself- my business, and environment, respond in-kind, providing me with replenishment and inspiration.

Something that has really helped me to anchor in this awareness, and keep a pulse on the parts of me that are most needing my love and attention, is journaling. It's easy to see why this is one of my favorite tools to teach and share! 🐝

​If you're just getting started with a journal practice, a question you might begin with is "what does my soul want me to know today?"  and see what shows up on the page as you respond freeform. (Sometimes called "automatic writing", the more consistently practice, the more clarity you'll create.)
