A freelance artist, silk painter, and muralist, she also teaches yoga for All That Matters, Central Rock Gym, and Shri Yoga. She combines her skills in wilderness survival and professional coaching to craft engaging, beginner-friendly adventure travel retreats that seek to explore and redefine the edges of one’s comfort zone.
