Background
I studied Fine Arts and Art History under the tutelage of Richard Yarde at University of Massachusetts, as well as Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, MA.

Since discovering yoga while attending university in Amherst, MA, I've acquired over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, various certifications and trainings in outdoor leadership, over 2 years of Hakomi Leadership trainings through Matrixworks LivingSystems, and have been practicing as an ICF Accredited Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Education in Coaching (iPEC) since 2016. 

I've been training to become a Meridian Energetics practitioner since October 2021, and have been tending to the growth of my Etsy storefront since its birthing on 10/10/10.

After a decade of working in the nonprofit sector; the last five with the Rhode Island Foundation's Nonprofit Emerging Leaders Program, I made the leap into weaving my creativity, mindfulness, and coaching practices together to create a fulfilling career pathway.
