If my work as an artist were Nature, the source of my inspiration resides in the crisp altitude of the Mountaintop, where the mind is quieted by the mystical expansiveness of the vibrant panorama, the body dissolves into aromatic alpine winds, and the heart swells from the sheer awe of witnessing that which Life is revealing.
The work itself is the River that sings: cleansing, purifying, and nourishing everything in its path.
Built upon foundational practices of mindfulness, learned over the years and practiced daily, I am that which holds the River; the steady, soft, solid ground that allows for the River to flow freely.
As the River flows, so, too, it gently shapes that which I is; that which I Am.
The river of my work arises through diverse streams of curiosities that join together in a confluence of inspiration that flows through every fiber of my being.
An artist since childhood, it has taken many twists and turns through polluted waters and barren lands to discover the steadiness within that invites the current into flow, and yet these experiences have contributed an earnest inspiration, one that propels my passion to contribute: creating, teaching, and sharing that which has helped me find my way back to the very essence of its Source.
As I contribute, so I learn. As I learn, so I contribute.
